I was thinking, ‘is what I’m about to do right? Can I live with my friend and myself afterwards? What if Tola and I have a misunderstanding in the future? What if my boyfriend Niyi hears about my little escapade? What if kunle can’t deliver has promised by Tola? Oh boy, that will be a disaster! On the other hand, if I go through with this act maybe I’ll find release from this sexual frustration I’ve always been in, then I can be sure nothing is wrong with me and I can also find myself and discover my body sexually I signed, so many ‘what ifs’ and regrets before the actual act.

These are my thoughts after my dear friend Tola has convinced me to have one night stand with her soon to be ex boyfriend Kunle and today is the D-day! It’s a Friday and the time is 5p.m and kunle is due to be here by 6p.m, Tola has been out since morning but promised to be back by 4.30pm but it’s 5p.m now and I’m beginning to get nervous, “maybe she’s having second thoughts or changed her mind” I said aloud to myself then I heard the sound of a car driving into the compound, I ran to the window my heart beating faster than the normal rate and looked out, it is my friend driving in indeed, my heart did a somersault as I watched her get out of her car.

I went back to my seat and try to pretend I was cool, three minutes later my friend entered. ‘What’s up girl? Sorry I’m late the traffic na die, hope you are set for a sexual breakthrough?’ she said, I was relieved that she hasn’t changed her mind I was also worried that she still want to go through with her insane idea’ I’m as ready as I can be’ I told her, ‘Don’t worry, Dr. kunle will soon be here to help you out of your misery’ she said.

Another one has come, gone and I’ve had to fake it again! This is frustrating’ ‘Are you okay baby’ asked Niyi, ‘I’m fine’, i said with a fake smile.

Paul Okoye...soon to be a dad

It's really been a long time coming. Seems Paul Okoye has decided to walk same road of his twin brother who already has a son and is expecting the second one from same woman. Recent gist has it that Paul Okoye will soon be a father as his girlfriend of over six (6) years, Anita, who is curently doing her Masters at the Dundee United University, Scotland, is said to be heavily heavy with the couple's first child....yes you heard me right!

They both are said to have been dating way back during their undergraduate days at the university and we also hear marriage bells will be ringing soon. Congrats to them both.

Mario Barlotelli & Rafaella Fico back together

After dating for about a year, Mario and Rafaella broke up in April 2012 when Rafaella accused Mario of cheating on her. From there, the next thing we all heard was Rafaella coming out a couple of months back to declare she was pregnant for her ex (2 months after they've broken up). The break of this news raised some sort of controversy with Mario stating that he will only accept the pregnancy after a paternity test has been done. Now, just last week, the 22 year old Manchester City has declared that he has decided to patch things up with his ex...Rafaella. Here is what he said:

'I have decided to try again with Raffaella. The DNA test has not been performed and has nothing to do with my decision. In any case, I would have asked for the test in that situation with anyone, not just Raffaella. I am sorry for everything that has happened over the last few months and above all for what has been said and written. I ask once again for you all to respect our private life that in the future must remain private, a pledge taken by me and Raffaella. There will be no further statements or interviews.'

Wow...it seems tennis star - Serena Williams has decided to give love another chance as she was spotted shopping with her French tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou in Milan and words are already going round that what they have going between them is way beyond tennis matters.

It will be recalled that 30 year old Serena Williams stated sometime ago that she was giving the love scene a break for at least 10 years, but if this recent gist is anything to go by, then my guess is that the tennis queen must have found something in her coach to make her come out of love retirement earlier than planned.

How wife changed her husband's cheating habit

In a recent interview, a woman recounted steps she took in curbing her husband's cheating habit. according to her, hie case was so bad that he will sometimes have his girlfriends in the car when he goes to pick his wife and children from church. At different times, she moved out of the house, but the man kept on cheating.

When asked what she did to change things in her marriage, she said:

1. Ignoring him. She stopped complaining even when he doesn't come home for days.

2. She never denied him sex even with his cheating habit though she insisted on protection which the man always obliged.

Effective ways of using the word sorry to get you make up sex

Relationships really are hard to maintain for most people because it entails going out of your way most times to please and accommodate the other party. For some, the biggest issue for them is saying the magic word ''sorry'' when things go wrong, they will rather go with digging it out until one bends for the other...which is not how it is meant to be in a healthy relationship.

Don't get me wrong, am not saying that one party should always make himself or herself the 'mat' to be stepped upon...no, in fact far from what I mean.
