General Sani Abacha (20 September 1943 - 8 June 1998) was a military dictator and politician who ruled Nigeria from 1993 to 1998 and his regime was tied to human rights violations and allegations.
Abacha died while still in Aso Rock (the country's Presidential Villa) in Abuja. He was buried same day he died according to Islamic Laws and without any autopsy.
