5 Tips to watch out for in the summer

That one special time of the year when we all love to hang out more than being indoor. That season  we all look forward to. Warm nights, BBQs, sunshine and happy kids...whats there not to love during the summer?

Unfortunately, there are few things that really interrupt a happy summer. These things that interfer with our summer fun are things most people might easily take for granted, but for the sake our health as well as to guarantee that we don't miss out on any of our summer fun, we'l take a look at these interference.

Mosquito Bites
If knowingly going into a mosquito zone, avoid bites first by being prepared with a safe repellent. To avoid chemical repellents like DEET, then consider making your own. If you do get a bite, find relief with a baking soda paste, Tiger Balm or any other home made ones.

Sunburns
These are so painful, harmful, and quit frankly just not a good look. First and most importantly, prevent them! Play smart by applying sunscreen before your sweaty or sandy, and reapply, reapply and reapply! Keep an extra hat by the door or in your car in case you find yourself exposed and unprepared.Secondly, make sure to choose a safe and chemical-free sunscreen.

Dehydration
Hydration becomes so important when the summer heat begins to make your skin cry. Whether you need to lower your thermostat, are spending more time exercise, or are simply spending more time outdoors this coming summer, some of us are more sweating than usual. Proper hydration is important for overall health and is needed by every cell and organ in the body to function properly.

Swimmer's Ear
This is a sort of irritation or infection that occurs when bacteria or fungi spreads through trapped water in the ear. This is caused by having trapped water in the ear canal and can be avoided with custom earplugs, or by properly drying the ear with towel.

Low self confidence
Low self confidence can seriously ruin the possibility of fun times, from not wanting to take that trip to the beach or dip in the pool, or to avoiding those shorts and that strapless dress. Having self confidence does not mean having a perfect body as sometimes, what is needed is just the right attitude. Improving your self confidence starts with positive self - talk.

Sweethearts, don't spend much time about what you don't have. Rather, start begin grateful for what you have. Afterall, not everyone everyone can swim, run, walk or even have fun!
