Pope now on twitter @pontifex

Finally! For sometime now, we've been hearing that Pope Benedict will be joining twitter and that has actually come to pass as the pope goes on twitter with the handle @pontifex. Not surprising is the fact that he already has 1.2 billion followers. The Vatican said on Monday that the pope will start tweeting on December 12, at the feast of the Madonna of Guadalupe.
