French magazine Closer, today published a topless pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge with the caption - OH MY GOD! while she was on a private holiday with Prince Williams last week in France. While Kate, Williams and the entire Royal family are mad and have decided to take it up with the magazine but Piers Morgan says the Duchess has no business taking off her top outside the confines of her bedroom...and does not think the paparazzi should be blamed for this.
