A Swedish judge has cleared a man charged with rape because it was discovered that the victim was a transgender woman with male genitalia. Prosecutors say the defendant was severely violent in the attempted rape, tearing up the victims pants and grabbing at the victim's crotch.
The preceding judge ended the hearing by ruling that It's not possible to rape 'trans women.'
