A Nigerian couple based in United Kingdom have been jailed for seven years...each for having beaten their six children with brooms, wires, hoovers and also giving their baby a morphine overdose after childbirth. The couple both denied the allegation stating that their children were victims of racist witch-hunt...can you imagine that?
Despite there claim of the children being possessed by evil spirit, they both were found guilty of the crime of cruelty to persons under 16 after Coronation Street start Michelle Colins presented evidence against them and were yesterday sentenced to seven years imprisonment by Judge James Patrick who described it as a 'shocking mistreatment' which they tried to cover up with a 'web of deception.'
