24-year old Fabrice Muanba who almost died a couple of months back when he slumped on the pitch of play after suffering from cardiac arrest in an FA match against Tottenham Hotspur in White Hart Lane has finally retired from playing football based on his doctor's advice.
The player stated that since suffering the heart attack and being discharged from the hospital, he had remained positive in the believe that he can one day return to football and playing for his club Bolton Wanderers, but last week's journey to Belgium in search of medical advice dashed all hope of his ever returning to the game he loves most.
