25 year old Nollywood actress Shirley Igwe has been appointed Principal Protocol Officer to Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha. With this appointment (which was back dated to September 2013), Miss Igwe will be in charge of the governor's daily itinerary...which includes ensuring the comfort of the governor and that of his visitors.
What a job! Please, has anyone heard of such portfolio?
