Festac Town in Lagos was thrown into chaos on Thursday evening as the decomposing body of a man was discovered on a duplex on B Close, House 6 of 3rd Avenue. The decomposing body we later gather was identified as the body of the sibling of two brothers allegedly living together in the duplex which was left to them by their dead parents.

The two brothers Toye Ajayi and Tola Ajayi are alleged to have killed their brother Akunbuyi Ajayi and sold some of his body parts. he was allegedly killed by both his brothers and the body kept in one of the rooms in the flat with some body parts already mutilated.
Police source alleged that both brothers were selling the body parts for money (as the head, hands, private part and part of the two legs were missing), adding that the two were caught with body parts which led to the search of their apartment by law enforcement personnel.
The decomposed body was moved by the police men attached to Festac Police Station, led by Divisional Police Officer, Mr. Mohammed Mu'azu.
