Months after appointing Nollywood actress Shirley Igwe his Principal Protocol Officer, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has appointed Singer and architect Adokiye Kyrian as a youth ambassador in Imo state. The young singer happens to also be the coordinator of the 'The Youths Decides'
