The reality star is almost in her seventh month into her pregnancy and the amazing thing is that she still wears her heels...comfortably.She posted this picture of her swollen feet after wearing tight Givenchy heel sandals for her appearance for the family's fashion line 'Kardashian Kollection,' in Houston Texas.
I don't know how she still manages to wear her heels comfortably with her pregnancy, but I sure do envy her.
