Nasarawa Protest: Soldiers & students clash

It was a tragic day today as some students of Nasarawa University, Keffi were shot dead by some trigger happy soldiers over their protest for water scarcity.

The students were said to have embarked on water protest over none availability of water on campus and somewhere along the line, some military operatives were invited to help restore calm, but instead of peace, they opened fire on the protesting students killing about 5 students.

As at this moment, the school has been shut down indefinitely and all student asked to evacuate the campus till further notice.

Continue to see some graphic photos from the protest. Viewers discretion advised.

  2. Yes it's madness, but i also feel its a problem of joblessness. I mean, how can you train someone on how to take lives and not take them to battle to practice what they've been thought? Of course they will be eager to praticalise at any slight given opportunity #triggerfreaks
