Mario Balotelli has demanded a paternity test in order to establish if he truly is the father of his ex-girlfriend's four month's old pregnancy. Going by the press release just issued by the footballer, it seems his ex (Rafaella Fico) lied when she informed the press earlier this week that the 21 year old footballer was delighted about the forthcoming baby and that they just might get back together for the sake of the child.
