For me, this is child brutality and child abuse...pure and simple! They call is intensive training for winners, but if this is what winning entails I will gladly pass. Can't begin to imagine how and why people will stoop low to making children (who are too young to even understand what must of this tournaments are all about) go through gruesome exercises just to win medals.
Considering the recent record at the ongoing London Olympics by 16 year old swimming sensation, Ye Shiwen who broke the record of the men's event winner and judging from the picture above, one can easily say the young star clinched the gold medal based on hard work and lots of endurance. But that not withstanding, serious doping is currently gripping the London event to which she deny using any form of drug.
