Miley Cyrus recently got a tattoo in honor of her newly deceased dog and went on the share the pix with fans on her instagram page. I get the fact that we are allowed to be young and foolish...once and afterwords, we are expected to grow and be wise and somehow, I doubt if that's the case with Miley and a little voice tells me she just might regret this new tattoo.
