According to the Leadership, a muslim cleric, Rasheed, has impregnanted and eloped with the wife and two kids of his very good friend, Omoo. Both men were said to be really close until Omoo found out that his wife was having an affair with Rasheed, who is popularly known as Alfa in Shasha area of Lagos.
Words have it that the bubble busted when Idowu, who was allegedly manhandled by her husband, Omoo, at the slightest provocation, got pregnant for Rasheed and moved with her two kids into Rasheed's apartment. A woman who claims to be Idowu's sister but pleaded anonymity said when Omoo crushed someone in Lagos and was charged for manslaughter, it was Rasheed who spent over N40,000 to ensure his release from prison where he was remanded.
The source said Omoo, who reported the matter at the Shasha police station, told the police to release his two kids to him, but Idowu told the police at Area 'M' Idimu Command, where the case has been transferred that she will not release the kids to him because he usually send their 8 year old son, Ife, to purchase Indian hemp from a nearby joint there in Shasha.
Idowu further allege that Omoo smokes Indian hemp so much that he most times, behaves irrational and on that note, she wont release the kids to him adding that Alfa spends so much on the children's upkeep of the children and takes good care of her and that's why she has decided to marry him.
