Ejigbo torture update: One victim confirmed dead

 
                        
Of the two women who were tortured at Ejigbo, one has been confirmed dead.

According to Channels Television, the woman who was identified as Julie, who was said to have been brought down from her home town Topa in Badagary to work as an attendant in a canteen. It was also gathered that unlike initial report (and seen in the video) that it was two women, in actual sense, they were three women who were tortured. The third woman is said to be the mother of the two ladies.

On her part, the mother of the ladies, identified as Mrs Ajoke Agomah, who recounted her ordeal stated that she was stripped, tortured and had blended pepper poured on her private part. She also disclosed that the act was perpetuated by members of the Odua People's Congress (OPC).

  1. when similar cases like this happened in d past,.no government be it the federal,national assembly etc did nothing to nip it in the bud,now it has finally escalated to a full-blown ugly monster,..such similar occurrences will continue to occur until strong drastic action is taken by the government to fish out culprits and punish them severely.
