And the rumours are swirling in the media because Rihanna has cancelled one too many shows over illness. The pregnancy rumors first flared when Rihanna canceled a Monday concert in Houston "as a result of illness." She has canceled four dates of her Diamonds World Tour, which began just last month. 
On Tuesday, Rihanna was spotted leaving a doctor's office.

However, multiple sources close to the singer have told E! News that Rihanna is absolutely not pregnant. GossipCop seconded that too.
