The 82-year old, who was kidnapped by unknown men on Sunday,9th of December from her residence in Ogbe-Ofu quarters, Ogwashi -Uku, Aniocha south local government area of Delta state, wasfreed five days after her kidnap. This was confirmed by the King’s spokesman Chief Oko, who confirmed to our Delta state correspondent via a phone conversation.
Details about the release are yet to be revealed by her family members and the Nigerian Police Force. 63 other people were reportedly arrested in raids conducted during the search for Okonjo.
