I just stumbled upon this picture and as such can't really tell how true it is...but according to the source of the picture (below after the cut) the babies (a set of twins) were found at a refuse dump on Okosi Road in Onitsha, Anambra State some days ago. From the picture, it's obvious that the twins were just a couple of hours old as they are covered with fluid with the placenta still intact.

People are heartless!!! Some women will do anything for a child, while some others are busy throwing twins in refuse dumps. Hmm... such a wicked world we are in
