Finally, Usher receives some good news today...a judge has finally issued a restraining order against a woman who has been said to have been stalking the singer and even showing up at his Georgia home claiming to be his wife. She's been instructed not to go anywhere close to Usher and his kids for a year!
According to TMZ's report, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw (the stalker) was first arrested outside Usher's home on June 24 after she has been warned by corps to stay way from the property. She was later taken to a psych ward for mental evaluation.
