Gay guy claims to be pregnant!

Sorry guys, I have a question...can a guy ever be pregnant? You all might be wondering why this sorta question, but I just can't help but ask cos Chika, a Nigerian gay guy married to a German man recently stated in an interview that he's pregnant.

Sometime last month, I brought you a story of this same guy when he was lamenting of his penis begin locked up by his gay partner. Same Chika in an interview with Encomium now claims to be pregnant for his partner (Mark Schwartz). Here's a bit of the Q&A session:


Chika: I'v been having some strange feelings inside me
Q: How?
Chika: Waking up late, sleeping early. My waist at times hurts and I keep spiting and almost vomiting. As am speaking right now, am running a temperature and worst is my legs are heavy as if swollen. I am not just myself as I always have fainting spells and I don't know what to do.
Q: What you are describing is like pregnancy symptoms  but you are a man, how can you get pregnant?
Chika: I don't know o my sister. I am afraid I don't want that because I have had it once and it was taken out and now again, after a year and some months, it's back again.
Q: You were pregnant before?
Chika: Yes. Please pray for me. Before such has happened but not like now. Then I was three weeks pregnant.
Q: How is that possible? You have a womb?
Chika: The doctors say i have a womb, but tiny, that it is not going to happen again. I have a womb but how can I give birth when I have only a penis?
Q: So how did the doctors abort your last pregnancy?
Chika: The doctors cut my tummy open from under my navel down the last time. Let me rest now please, you are making me panic. I don't want anything to happen to e, I don't want to die.
