Some women are just not meant to be mothers...just imagine, a 2-year-old child was left to wonder about and then decides to sit on a high-raise flat balcony. If you are wondering what the mother was up to at that moment...she was sound asleep inside!
Rescue came when passersby who found the child crawling along and sitting on the balcony's ledge and called on the police who rescued the child only to discover that the mom was sleeping in the room!
